On April 4th, they sold out in 1 hour! Johnson Bay is a local oyster farm in Girdletree, MD that grows clean, salty, too water oysters tumbled to perfection by the coastal tides. The farm sits in the middle of a wild life sanctuary and our “Sanctuary Salt” oyster has all the character of the surrounding landscape. Planted, cared for and harvested by hand, our oyster has a deep cup and plump meat with a flavor that starts salty and finishes with a hint of sweetness. Perfect Combination with RevBeers!
