Lagerita Del Sol - 7.2% ABV - 26 IBU - 5 SRM Brewed with our great friends up North from Autumn Arch Beer Project, this Imperial Pale Lager is brewed with Pilsner Malt and Motueka Hops which are known for their lemon/lime character. The beer was then cold conditioned and aged in Sotol Oak Barrels. Sotol? The delicious new age Tequila type spirit distilled from the desert spoon plant.
