Mother-In-Law IPA
IPA - American - 6.3% ABV - 55 IBU

Patrick gave his mother in law hop plant rhizomes years ago. She planted those roots and has been growing hops ever since. Patrick used his mother in law's cascade hops in his home brewed IPA and this beer is our production version of that recipe. This beer is brewed with a variety of select hops, which includes Mosaic, Cascade, Chinook, Summit and Mandarina Bavaria hops. It has great floral and citrus aroma and a nice crisp bitterness that does not linger.

CONAN THE JUICEMAN
IPA - New England - 7% ABV - 52 IBU

This Barbarian yeast strain drives a beautiful natural stone fruit juicy aroma with a clean finish. Meanwhile we add in 3.5 pounds of hops per barrel in late addition and dry-hopping creating that great haze plus the tropical aromas from the Azacca, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria Hops. Oh me oh my!!

IRISH COPPER ALE
Red Ale Irish - 8.1% ABV - 22 IBU

Our collaboration and brainchild of our retired police officers from the Rev team. An imperial Irish red ale that drinks smooth with a calming, malty finish and subtle, woody tone from the Fuggles hops. This is a bigger beer that is very drinkable. Cheers to our first responders!

IPA - Imperial / Double - 9.1% ABV - 82 IBU

This is a special limited release Imperial IPA. The big malt bill called for a serious load of hops so we used nearly 7 pounds of hops per barrel.
